Now, if the image of a dandelion just popped into your head and the thought of wanting to call up Weed Man to decapitate those yellow pom-poms in your front yard before they turn into wishes, Farmer Jane is here to stop you. There are lots of roots that make for great additions to your meals that you probably eat quite regularly. To name a few: carrots, beets, sweet potato, and onions.
