Stronger Communities
Fighting Hunger Food Drive
Hunger knows no boundaries, and at Farmer Jane Cannabis, we’re driven by a sense of responsibility to address this pressing issue. Our food drive is a testament to our commitment to giving back to the community we serve. The annual food drive raises funds, food and awareness for Food Banks in the communities where Farmer Jane operates in an effort to ensure no one goes hungry.
Since 2020, Farmer Jane Cannabis Co. has donated more than 240,000 meals to Food Banks in both provinces to the Regina Food Bank, Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre and Harvest Manitoba to help fight hunger.

Farmer Jane Cannabis Goes Green
We recognize that our actions today shape our future and we’re doing our part to champion responsible business practices in the cannabis industry. To help give back, we’re proud to announce a partnership with veritree with an ambitious goal to plant 10,000 trees by April 2025. To celebrate and kick things off, Farmer Jane donated funds to plant 10 trees for every one of its employees. That equals 1,250 trees planted that will aid in reforestation efforts in the Cariboo Region in BC, an area devastated by fires that scorched over 1.3 million hectares of land.
By planting 10,000 trees, we will restore 4 hectares of damaged ecosystems, sequester 10,800 tonnes of CO2, and provide 40 work days for tree planters, contributing to a greener and healthier planet.
Truth &
Reconciliation
Our commitment to the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is driven by a desire to promote understanding, reconciliation, and unity. One of our talented Budtenders, Anna Gareau, designed a piece inspired by the work of her grandmother’s traditional artwork. Through this piece we accept donations in September towards the Indian Residential School Survivors Society.
By commemorating this day, we stand in solidarity with Indigenous peoples, fostering a culture of respect and awareness.
Since 2022, we’ve donated $4900 to local organizations supporting Truth and Reconciliation. In 2024, we donated to the Regina Newoyotina Friendship Centre, Saskatoon Community Foundation Fund for Reconciliation and Winnipeg Bear Clan Patrol.
PRIDE
Farmer Jane Cannabis Co. celebrates Pride because we believe in the power of diversity and inclusivity. Our commitment to creating a safe and inclusive space for all stems from a belief in equal rights and representation for everyone, no matter their gender or sexuality. This is something we strive to support all year round – in the month of June we emphasize this through numerous initiatives, partnering with like minded producers to support local LGBTQIA2S+ charities.
Donations go to Lulu’s Lodge in Regina, OutSaskatoon, and Rainbow Resource Centre in Winnipeg. Over the years, we’ve raised more than $33,000.
- In 2022, we raised over $4,000
- In 2023, we raised over $16,000
- In 2024, we raised over $13,000
HOLIDAZE: 12 Days of Giving
The holiday season is a time for spreading joy and kindness. At Farmer Jane Cannabis Co., our “12 Days of Giving” initiative embodies the spirit of generosity that defines this time of year. Each store gets to pick the charity their donation goes to, reflecting a cause that is close to their hearts.
Through this tradition, we aim to make the holiday season brighter for those less fortunate, reinforcing our belief in the power of compassion and the joy of giving.
Since 2021, we’ve donated over $9,000 to a variety of local organizations including MS Society, Sunshine House, Prairie Harm Reduction, City Kidz, Regina Humane Society, Ka Ni Kanichihk Inc, Pitikiwe Skate Park and more.
