North 40 is a local company from Nipawin Saskatchewan, they are a family run micro-grow and they produce some of the nicest weed on the legal market. Pear Effect is a lovely and unique strain, as soon as you open the bag you are hit with a strong floral, pear scent, which carries over into the flavour. This strain is an all time favourite of ours at Preston. With feelings of euphoria and relaxation it’s hard to go wrong!
