Farmer Jane University Heights – 12 Daze of Giving
What is the 12 Daze of Giving?
The 12 Daze of Giving are twelve consecutive days of small acts of giving to local non-profits organizations in the community. Here at Farmer Jane, we have 11 store locations and a head office across Regina, Saskatoon, and Winnipeg, which equates conveniently to 12 different locations. Each Farmer Jane location, as a team came together to select a charity of choice to which they wanted to donate to for their select day on the 12 Daze of Giving calendar. This donation (dollar amount or value amount) goes to a community initiative/charity of choice in hopes to spread kindness and create a positive impact.
Farmer Jane University Heights and Aurora Cannabis
Today on the seventh day on the 12 Daze of Giving Calendar Farmer Jane University Heights will be donating to the Prairie Harm Reduction and Sexual Health Saskatoon. This community initiative could not be done alone. With the support of our friends at Aurora Cannabis, we were able to donate much-needed funds to these charities.
Prairie Harm Reduction Saskatoon
Prairie Harm Reduct’s mission is to improve the quality of life for all members of our community through gold standards in harm reduction; emphasizing local action with national impact. Prairie Harm Reduction serves people at-risk and affected by HIV and Hepatitis C by reducing discrimination and deaths, removing barriers, pursuing innovation, and demonstrating evidence-based outcomes. Here at Farmer Jane, we’d love to support this non-profit.
