Farmer Jane donates 30,000 meals to local foodbanks

At the beginning of the month, Farmer Jane made an ambitious goal to collect enough food and money to donate 30,000 meals to the Regina Foodbank, Saskatoon Foodbank, and Harvest Manitoba in October. We are proud to say we have reached this goal.

The Farmer Jane team would like to put out a BIG thank you goes out to our customers who came into our Farmer Jane stores to drop off food donations and money into our collection bins and those who purchased the Farmer Jane 3.5g flower, donating $1 off every purchase. We appreciate those who contributed and we’re amazed by the support we received.

Another BIG thank you to the Regina Foodbank, Harvest Manitoba, and the Saskatoon Foodbank and their food drive initiatives that ran in the month of October. These non-profits have been able to cultivate a community movement to help feed those in need in our communities.

Lastly, a BIG thank you goes out to Bzam Cannabis for partnering with us to help raise the funds by donating $1 off every BZAM product purchased at our Winnipeg stores to Harvest Manitoba.
