Did someone say Cannabis-Infused Chocolate Chip Cookies?
Chocolate chip cookies are a household favorite and a timeless classic. Whether you eat them cold, warm, dunked in milk, or in dough form, the comfort food pretty much goes great with anything. In this recipe we’re adding in Jane’s favourite plant, the #PrettyGoodWeed, to make cannabis-infused chocolate chip cookies.
Yield = 24 weed cookies
2 ½ cups of All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ cup Butter (softened)
½ cup CannaButter (softened)
½ cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
12 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
In a different bowl, beat together the Cannabutter, Butter, Granulated Sugars, and Brown Sugar until the mixture is well combined and fluffy. Following mixing the butters and sugars, mix in the eggs and vanilla.
Add the two mixtures together, add the flour mixture slowly, and beat together until blended. Mix in chocolate chips.
Spoon out mixtures in tablespoon-sized scoops on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 11 minutes or until lightly brown. Take out and cool on a wire rack.
