Rooted in Community. Growing with Heart.
Customer Experience: At the Core of Every Visit
Our philosophy is built on the idea of #PrettyGoodWeed and even better service. We know the world of cannabis can sometimes feel overwhelming, which is why we have curated a stress-free, down-home environment where everyone is welcome. From the seasoned connoisseur to the curious first timer, our mission is to ensure you leave more confident and informed than when you arrived. We do not just sell cannabis; we provide a simple, transparent, and joyful experience tailored to your unique journey.
Employee Experience: Investing in Our Team
We know that an incredible customer experience is impossible without an incredible employee experience. We are deeply committed to our value of “investing in and betting on our teams.” Our staff are the experts, the friendly faces, and the engine of our brand. By fostering a culture of diversity, inclusivity, and professional growth, we empower our team to show up as their best selves every day. When our employees thrive, our customers do too.
Giving Back: Strengthening Our Local Neighbourhoods
Community is not just where we work; it is who we are. We believe that a business only thrives when its community does. This commitment is etched into everything we do through our dedicated pillars of giving:
Fighting Hunger
Since 2020, we have donated over 370,000 meals to food banks across Saskatchewan and Manitoba, including the Regina Food Bank, Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre, and Harvest Manitoba. In 2025, through our Joint Effort matched-meals program, we donated an additional 134,000 meals on top of the 130,000 we donated directly.
Environmental Stewardship with Veritree
We believe in leaving the earth better than we found it. Through our partnership with veritree, we have proudly planted over 26,000 trees to help restore natural ecosystems in the Cariboo region of British Columbia and
beyond. We also proudly supported the Red Cross during the devastating wildfires of the summer of 2025, donating $3,000 for wildfire relief in our own provinces.
Pride and Inclusivity
We stand loudly and proudly with our LGBTQIA2S+ neighbours. Since 2022, we have donated $50,000 to vital organizations like Lulu’s Lodge in Regina, OUTSaskatoon, and the Rainbow Resource Centre in Winnipeg.
Truth and Reconciliation
Operating on the lands of Treaty 1, Treaty 4, and Treaty 6, we are committed to the multi-generational journey of reconciliation. We have raised over $10,000 for organizations like the Regina Newoyotina Friendship Centre, the Saskatoon Community Foundation, and the Bear Clan Patrol in Winnipeg.
Humane Societies and Animals
We have a soft spot for our furry friends. Through initiatives like our #farmdogfriday dog calendar, we have raised over $10,000 for humane societies and animal rescues in our home cities. We also regularly participate in puppy pop-ups with local rescues to find amazing animals their forever homes.
Farmer Jane is local, through and through. We prioritize partnerships with local producers and businesses because we believe in the power of the prairie economy. Every store we open is an investment in a local neighbourhood, designed to be a safe, welcoming, and vibrant part of the streetscape.
