Farmer Jane’s 24 Daze of Giving: Spreading Holiday Cheer and Kindness
On the tenth day of the Holidaze, Farmer Jane Plessis and their partner, Spinach, are gearing up for the annual tradition of the 24 Daze of Giving. This heartwarming initiative sees each of our 13 store locations across Regina, Saskatoon, and Winnipeg engaging in thirteen consecutive days of small acts of giving to local non-profit organizations that hold a special place in our hearts.
The Spirit of Giving
At Farmer Jane, we believe in the power of community and the joy that comes from spreading kindness. The 24 Daze of Giving is a celebration of this spirit, allowing each of our locations to contribute to a community initiative or charity of their choice. This year, each store is thrilled to make a $250 donation to support these worthy causes, creating a positive impact and fostering a sense of togetherness during the holiday season.

On this special day of our 24 Daze of Giving Calendar, Farmer Jane Plessis, in collaboration with Spinach, is directing its generosity towards the Save Rez Dogs in Winnipeg! Save Rez Dogs is an Indigenous based, nehiyaw sovereign, volunteer, crowd-funded sourced group, working towards animal protection.
Save Rez Dogs: Making a Difference
Save Rez Dogs works towards animal protection based in advocacy, education and representation. Throughout the few years they have been working hard, they have helped over 300+ (lost count) rez dogs/owners/families/communities with emergency situations. They promote responsible pet ownership, educate youth about how to care for animals, and provide resources to elected leadership to build ethical animal management plans.
