How To Prevent Clogs
There are many reasons why your vape may be clogging. It could be the potency of your vape is (the more potent the juice is, the thicker the consistency is), or it could be how you’ve been taking care of it. Here are some ways to take care of your vape to prevent it from clogging.
Keep it warm
First off, you want to be proactive with your vape. Always keep your weed pens, cartridges, and batteries stored at room temperature. Avoid leaving them in your car or anywhere that experiences extreme fluctuations in cold and heat. Being on the prairies, leaving your vape out in minus 40 degrees Celcius or plus 40 degrees Celcius is a losing battle.
Store it vertically
Another way to be proactive with your vape is, storing it upright. Laying your vape on its side could cause air bubbles to form and affect its performance.
Inhale a little extra
Lastly, you may want to try breathing in for a few seconds after firing to clear out any excess vapour and prevent residue buildup that leads to blockages.

How To Deal With Clogs
Heat
The holes in the cartridge may be clogged with oil. Try warming your cartridge with a hairdryer (lowest heat setting) or by rubbing it between your hands to warm up the oil and change its viscosity.
Poke at it
You can also poke a toothpick or safety pin gently in the mouthpiece hole to help de-clog it.
Take dry hits
Prime your coil by taking “dry hits” from your cartridge without the battery, and blowing gently into it.
